The masterbatch has been developed in the 1980s, which can substitute being Imported from other countries ,and also won the outstanding new products prize of Jiangsu province in 1990 . It has four types:high voltage ,low voltage,injection moulding,and propylene type.Mainly be used for:OPE and BOPP, PE or PP blowing molding,injection molding,sacks and so on. Antistatic effects—the surface resistance can reach 10*108 Ohmic.

Application:                                                                                   

The masterbatch has nontoxic, colorless, semi-permanent,it can be used for food  packaging,injection molding,blow molding and other polyethylence plastic products

Additive rate:                                                                                            

When it is used in the film products,you’d better not add more than 5% in the winter;no more than 4% in the summer,otherwise,because of the exudation of the additive,it will affect film appearance and heat sealing.

Storage:                                                                                                            

Product is sensitive to moisture. Could store well within original package. 12 months storage life. Should be consumed after opening. If damped, use heater to dry it with 90℃ .
