This series have three species:FMB-200A food grade, FMB-200B film grade, FMB-200C Ordinary grade.This kind of filler is made with middle level raw material, can meet the need of the manufacturer who want to make high quality goods with low cost. We use special additives process the surface of CaCO3 , and then optimize the formula structure,finally develop this new type. This product currently has three models to suit different needs of customers and plastic products.

Can be used to make PE plastic products,such as food packing、rubbish bag,shopping bag,film for agriculture use,Membrane liner,plastic barrel,sheet and so on.

Additive rate:                                                                                            

When used for blow moulding of multi-layer：adding5%~25 %；core layer：adding15~20 %；surface layer：adding5 %；cast film：30~50 %；injection products：10~30 %；The correct additive rate should be determined according to the test.

Storage:                                                                                                            

Product is sensitive to moisture. Could store well within original package. 6 months storage life. Should be consumed after opening. If damped, use heater to dry it with 90℃.

Others:                                                                

1.Advantages:good dipersion，high fineness of the powder，high additive rate.

2.When use the same formula produce film ,using this type instead of the previous filler,the tensile strength could increase 30%.

3.When apply to injection products，the impact resistance could be highly increased．

4.This type is suitable for blowing moulding,injection ,casting,extrusion and so on.
